Green moss creeps up the steps, And the blue sky seeps through the window screen. Here, I converse and laugh with worthy men, And no common person comes to call. I play the lute and read the classics, With no discordant note or tedious text. This humble dwelling of mine, Is like Zhu Ge Liang's in Nan Yang And Zi Yun's in West Shu. Confucius asked, 'What can be humble about such a place?'
